How to access the Support Center: Log into your Healy account. If this is your first time logging into your account, then look back at the WELCOME TO HEALY email you received on the day you purchased your Healy. There will be a link to your account and a TEMPORARY PASSWORD. Use this password and then create a new one and write both your Username and Password down.

The Power Of Three
The Power of Three is a set of Healy IMF program groups, each containing three programs. It is based on the ancient system of three natural energetic forces expressed in the bioenergy's of Ayurveda. The three programs in each group support and enhance each other and create a strong bioenergetic synergy if used alternately. Simply use the first of the three programs in a group on Monday, the second one on Wednesday and the third one on Friday to experience the bioenergetic Power of Three.
They are designed for a 9 weeks protocol in total.
The Bioenergetic Rebalance Group is particularly designed to be applied at difficult energetic times. Followed by Universal Frequencies
and then Digital Ayurveda, they create Power of Three-Square synergy.
Use each program group for three weeks in addition to the Healy IMF
programs you are currently using.
The Power of Three - Programs
1) Conflict Balance Duration - 54 min
Conflicts can cause emotional, mental and physical stress. Not only the bioenergetic, but also the physical field can react to stressors by hidden and permanent conflicting processes. This program is designed to harmonize these conflicts on all levels.
2) Defense Support Duration - 66 min
Conflicts and external stressors activate our bioenergetic defense system and may cause it to get out of balance, overreact or be weakened. Harmonization can rebalance the Bioenergetic Field to find the appropriate response to external challenges and change.
3) Friendly Flora Duration - 66 min
The Bioenergetic Field consists of the fields of the organism and the Bioenergetic Field of all its microorganisms. A synergistic energetic relationship between these fields is the basis for bioenergetic harmony and wellbeing. Additionally, this program is designed to support emotional and mental balance.
Universal Frequencies
A universal Power of Three program group which combines classical frequencies, as defined by frequency pioneers, combined with frequencies analyzed in the Information Field.
This set of programs can be applied to harmonize your Bioenergetic Field when it is negatively influencing your wellbeing.

Digital Ayurveda
The group of three Healy IMF programs Kapha, Pitta and Vata are a prime example of the Power of Three principle.
Applying each of them once a week harmonizes all aspects of the bioenergetic system. You can also choose one or two of them according to your Ayurvedic personality type or according to a specific bioenergetic imbalance.

you can do protocols in the pink app. So if you have parasites, you run zapper to clear them, Clean All, then Flora.
If you run it in the Blue you get what you get from the group of programs that come up.
Common Questions
What does the black line mean when running a microcurrent program in the pink dot app?
When it’s black it means 1 of 3 things
1. You’re current is so low it can only deliver to your body, it can’t read your body and deliver that information back to Healy. If you take it up to 30-40% it should turn white.
. . . If you turn it up and it’s still black
2. There could be a disconnection in the electrodes: make sure cords are plugged in and bracelets are snug.
3. Person is dehydrated. People must be hydrated for microcurrent to easily access cells, otherwise the currents are running thru the body like a person stuck in mud.
*Using Healy professionally I have also noticed that sometimes if the line randomly turns black, it can indicate there’s a block so I ask the client what they’re thinking about and it usually leads us to a revelation✨
What to do if the clip on your Healy breaks:
Yes, replacement clips are a thing! This may seem like a lot of text for a broken clip but trust us it will save you time and energy if you take care to assess the situation prior to submitting your ticket to the Support Center.
In our experience we have had two scenarios with broken clips, one required a replacement of the plastic clip itself and the other required a replacement of the entire Healy device.
The clip is a separate plastic piece that is attached to the Healy and is secured to the Healy by a metal spring bar. The metal spring bar is also a separate piece that can be removed from the Healy.
Here are two scenarios and some important things to assess/consider prior to submitting your Support Ticket:
Scenario 1: A small part of the clip that is directly attached to the metal spring bar cracked and came right off. A support ticket was submitted including a photo of the back of the Healy and a side view of the detached clip clearly showing that it was cracked. This scenario happened twice to the same Healy requiring a replacement clip both times. Healy sent the replacement clips at no charge. Possible contributing factor: User wore her Healy clipped at the waist band of her pants while sitting. Since this happened twice it is possible that the users body heat made the plastic clip portion malleable causing it to crack both times. User no longer wears Healy on waistband and has not had a problem since.
Scenario 2: The tiny holes in the Healy device that keep the metal spring bar in place were stripped causing both the metal spring bar and the plastic clip to not stay in place. This scenario is a little tricky. To figure this out you will have to take a really close look at the holes that secure the metal spring bar to the Healy itself to assess if the holes are stripped. If this is the case, you will need to take a photo and zoom in to show this to the Healy Support Center.
This is not an intuitive or obvious problem which is why this happened to another user twice. The user did not realize that the holes were striped so when she submitted both of her Tickets and received the new clips they weren’t staying in. It wasn’t until further observation (the second time) by taking a photo of the holes with the metal spring bar removed and zooming in that she realized the holes were stripped. She then had to add a photo of the stripped holes to her second Ticket. It was then determined that her entire Healy needed to be replaced.
Both situations can happen at the same time which is why we are mentioning this. The Support Center will require photos when you submit your Ticket.

What Are The Financing Options?
There will be two options through a third party Klarna excluding Amex
1. Pay in four option: can pay with credit or debit card, interest free, can be used for any amount between $200-$1700 (for this month could be applied to the Healy professional but will not apply after this month due to promo expiring on 3/31/22) does not require a credit check, first payment due at time of order then 2, 4 and 6 weeks for final payment
2. Monthly financing over 18 months: can only used debit card or bank and is set up via a third party Klarna, can be used for any order between $500-10,000. Process requires a soft credit check but will not appear on your credit report, APR between 0-24.99% will depend on your personal credit. Can have multiple orders under same SSN. Will require a two step application that will give instant approval or denial based on your credit.
